Getting Started

Welcome to Beach25, Jersey's hyper-local trading network. We operate a unique 3-way marketplace: Buyers find great local items, Sellers declutter and earn, and Community Drivers make sure items get from A to B safely and quickly.

Buying Items

Browse through the Explore tab to find local listings across Jersey. When you find something you love, you can:

• Message the Seller: Use the in-app chat to ask questions, negotiate a price, agree on a payment method, and arrange a time to collect the item yourself.
• Request a Driver (Optional): If you don't have time to collect the item personally, you can optionally request a Community Driver through the chat. A driver will pick it up and deliver it to your door for a small fee.

Selling Items

Selling is completely free. Go to the Sell tab, upload some high-quality photos, write a good description, and set your price.

• Once you receive a message, you can agree on payment details and arrange for the buyer to collect the item directly.
• When your item sells, you can update its status to "Pending" or "Sold" using the dropdown on the item page or in your Account dashboard.
• If the buyer chooses the optional driver feature, a driver will join your chat to arrange the pickup time. Just make sure the item is ready!

Community Driving

Want to earn extra cash? By toggling on Community Driver in your Profile Settings, you become eligible to accept local delivery jobs.

• Check the Drive tab to see active delivery requests in your area.
• When you accept a job, you will be added to the 3-way chat with the Buyer and Seller to coordinate logistics.
• You will be paid a delivery fee once the item is successfully dropped off.
