1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Beach25, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Marketplace Rules

Beach25 acts as a venue to allow users who comply with our policies to offer, sell and buy certain goods within a fixed-price format. We are not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers unless utilizing our integrated delivery network.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You may not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings.
• You are responsible for all data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, profiles, audio, video, items, and links which you post.

3. Driver and Delivery Network

Beach25 provides an optional integrated delivery network allowing users ("Drivers") to offer delivery services to Buyers and Sellers.

• Drivers operate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of Beach25.
• Drivers are solely responsible for negotiating and collecting their delivery fees directly with the Buyer or Seller. Beach25 takes no cut and processes no delivery payments.
• Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, appropriate insurance, and comply with all local traffic and transport laws in Jersey.
• Beach25 is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the Buyer, Seller, and Driver.
